How to Submit Housing

State winning teams are guaranteed only enough rooms to accommodate their competing members and a coach. See the breakdown below. If your chapter is sharing rooms/chaperones with a non-state winning team, you may have to room in the Omni if there are not enough rooms for all attendees.

Single participant LDEs - 2 rooms

3-4 person team events - 3 rooms

5-7 person events - 4 rooms

All room check-ins are expected to be Tuesday, October 20th and check out on Saturday, October 24th. If you have rooms that need a different check-in or check-out date, email Sarah Jo (sarahjo@vt.edu) and Andy Seibel (gseibel@vt.edu) after you submit your registration.
