Dog Walk Waiver

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the 2024 Tails on the Trails dog walk, I hereby assume any and all risks that might be associated with the walk for myself, my heir and the legal representation of my estate. I waive and release any rights and claims for damages that I may have against the organizers (Animal Protectors) and any others connected with the event, their representatives, successors, and assigns and agree to hold the organizer harmless for any and all injuries or damages of any kind whatsoever suffered by me or my dog as a result of taking part in the walk or any related activities. I also understand that the organizers may subsequently use for publicity or promotional purposes my name, or pictures (still and video) of me or my pet without liability or obligation to me. All pets must be on a leash (no retractable leads, please). Animal Protectors reserves the right to ask owners of aggressive dogs to leave the walk.
