2026 Survivor Tee Shirt Order Form

You are a survivor the day you are diagnosed. Whether it’s been one day, one year, or fifty—we honor and celebrate every survivor’s journey. We invite all survivors to wear their shirts proudly at our 13th Annual Hancock County Fights Cancer event, held this year at The Legacy Theater on September 26th from 5:30 to 8:15 PM. Order your survivor shirt today and stand with us as we celebrate strength, courage, and hope. Orders must be received by August 20.

4-6 p.m. Food trucks outside
5-6 p.m. Survivor sign-in.
6 to 8:15 p.m. Annual HCFC Survivor Event in The Legacy Theater.
