Severe buildup — including from multiple pets or a property not cleaned by previous occupants — may require a follow-up visit, always discussed with you first before any additional charges. Items that are tangled, knotted, stuck, or difficult to access (e.g. tied-up blinds) are cleaned to the extent reasonably possible within the scheduled time.
