If you have received the RSV vaccine in the past, you do not need to receive it again. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) currently recommends it as a single, lifetime dose for eligible adults (people 75 and older, and those 50–74 with certain risk factors). Because the protection lasts for multiple years and it is not an annual shot, you should not get another dose if you have already received it.
