Healthy Food Access in New York City
Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete this survey. This survey is being conducted by interns participating in the Business & Data Strategy Internship (BDSI) at Commonpoint. The purpose of this survey is to better understand community experiences, needs, and perspectives related to healthy food access and nutrition education. Findings will help inform a proposed pilot initiative designed to address community needs surrounding this issue. Your participation is completely voluntary. Individual responses will only be reviewed by the internship consulting team and Commonpoint staff supporting this project.
