College of Fellows Nomination Form
The Fellowship credential is a permanent recognition. Fellows are announced and inducted annually at SEAOI’s Awards Celebration. Complimentary attendance to the Awards Celebration is granted to the Fellow and guest during the year of induction. Fellows are also displayed on the SEAOI website along with their year of induction. Members of the College of Fellows may display the SEAOI logo with the word “Fellow” on their email signature, on their business cards, on their letterhead, and/or as a lapel pin. The designation may also be written as FSEAOI. Only eminently qualified individuals should be considered for submission. This honor is reserved for those clearly deserving, and candidates may not necessarily be submitted or elected each year. For more information, please visit seaoi.org/collegeoffellows
