Proper plans are needed in order to expedite the permitting process. Please note applicant is responsible for taking in consideration of easements, utility easements, right of ways and property boundaries

Please pay the above fee after approved by mailing a check made out to Town of Lincoln to the Town Office at 29 Main St. You may also pay in-person with an appointment by bringing cash, check, or credit card (2.5% Fee Added) to the Town Office.
Building permit Fees will be asertained with the current adopted fee schedule.

Denton will contact you with the building permit fee once completed, fee schedule is available on the code enforement website.

Building Permits are Valid for 180 days after approved, you can contact the Code Enforcement Officer for an extension of 180 Days. After this period, if no work has begun, a new permit and fee will have to be completed and paid.
