Qualifications
To apply for a scholarship through the Moore County Health Foundation Scholarship Fund, please complete and submit the following electronic form. The applicant must be a Moore County resident and have been admitted to the RN, LVN, PTA, OTA, SLPA, MA, Lab Tech, Imaging Tech, or Surgical Tech programs at Amarillo College, Frank Phillips College or WTAMU, and must be enrolled in the semester for which they are applying.
