Fill out this form to earn the Silver or Gold Torch Award! This award counts as a prerequisite for Silver and Gold Awards.
Requirements:

To earn the Silver/Gold Torch Award, Cadette, Senior and Ambassador girls scouts must consistently serve on a leadership board, sports teams or student council for a duration of time that can span from a few weeks to a few months or even years. Once this form is completed and submitted to Council, your Torch Award letter and certificate will be mailed in 30 days to the mailing address provided on this form. You will show the shop your confirmation letter or email to purchase your pin.
