We are delighted to invite school, community group, dance troupe, choir, band, buskers, performers, and talented individuals to be part of an exciting new entertainment program at this year's SpringFest.
Prospective groups are required to complete this application form.
Your application will be reviewed by our SpringFest team who will be in contact with you directly to finalise your spot.
Types of entertainment accepted may include:
✓ Performing with an instrument or instruments
✓ Performance of a dance routine and/or a song
✓ Juggling, clowning, magic or living statue
✓ Actively working in an artistic medium
This year we will have a main stage and numerous on-ground busking locations scattered throughout the event site
The Main Stage will have a basic sound set-up with power.
Buskers are to be fully self-sufficient - no power is available.
No cost to be involved and you are welcome to put a collection tin out for your time.
WHAT IS SPRINGFEST BALLARAT...? SpringFest Ballarat is owned and managed by the Rotary Club of Ballarat, a voluntary organisation that serves and supports the community. 2026 SpringFest will see over 450 stall holders, showcasing something for everyone. From, foodie delights to artisanal crafts, from stunning local art to engaging kids’ activities. SpringFest will have over 150 volunteers on the day, helping roll out the event. Previous SpringFest events have been attended by over 30k people.
