• 2027 Homecoming Heroes Program Nomination Form

  • Program Overview

The Baltimore Homecoming Homecoming Heroes Program recognizes and uplifts local leaders who are driving meaningful, lasting impact across Baltimore. Each year, individuals are nominated by the community for their commitment to strengthening the city through service, innovation, and leadership.

Homecoming Heroes are high-impact, community-rooted nonprofit leaders who are not only deeply committed to Baltimore, but are actively building and scaling solutions that create measurable, lasting change. As the program evolves, we seek leaders with a proven track record of execution, clear outcomes, and a bold vision for growth—individuals ready to leverage new connections, capital, and strategic support to expand their impact. These are visible, disciplined leaders shaping Baltimore’s future, ready to both benefit from and contribute to a dynamic network of alumni, investors, and partners.

More than just funding, the program is designed to remove barriers to growth by connecting selected Heroes with a powerful network of Baltimore leaders, entrepreneurs, funders, and Baltimore Homecoming alumni who are committed to advancing homegrown ideas and organizations.

Three finalists will be selected to receive $20,000 in funding, supported by The T. Rowe Price Foundation. All funds are awarded directly to a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Finalists will also gain access to new relationships with funders and partners, increased visibility across Baltimore Homecoming’s national network, and will be featured at the 2027 Baltimore Homecoming Signature Event in the spring to showcase their work and connect with potential supporters and collaborators. Attendance at the 2027 spring event is required for all finalists.
