Please read this VIP Table Reservation Agreement in full. By checking the box below, signing, and completing payment, you agree to be legally bound by every term.
1. RESERVATION & PACKAGE. Each VIP table is a hospitality package valid for one (1) festival day only — the day selected at booking. Tables are sold separately for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; weekend or multi-day packages are not available. A reservation applies only to the day purchased and is not transferable to another day, person, or event unless approved in writing by Afro Plus.
2. PAYMENT TERMS. Full payment is required at booking to reserve a table; no table is held until payment is received in full. All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, in whole or in part, except where a refund is expressly required by law. No chargebacks: Purchaser agrees not to initiate, encourage, or pursue any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for any package or service provided under this Agreement, and acknowledges this reservation is for a hospitality experience, not solely goods or alcohol.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including inclement or severe weather; artist cancellations, substitutions, or changes to the lineup or performance times; changes to the schedule or program; personal conflicts or change of plans; illness; travel disruptions or delays; denied entry due to intoxication, invalid ID, or misconduct; or failure to attend (no-show). An unused reservation is forfeited without refund.
4. ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN. VIP table check-in begins at 1:00 PM or when festival gates open, whichever occurs first. VIP wristbands cannot be picked up in advance and will only be issued at the Festival Box Office on the day of your reservation. The primary purchaser must be present with a valid government-issued photo ID matching the reservation, and the entire party must be present at check-in to receive wristbands. All VIP tables must be checked in by 7:00 PM. Guests arriving after 7:00 PM without prior approval from the VIP Concierge may forfeit their reservation, and the table may be released without refund.
5. WRISTBANDS & ADMISSION. The number of VIP wristbands/admissions equals the number stated for the package purchased. Wristbands must be worn at all times, are non-transferable once issued, and remain the property of Afro Plus. Lost, stolen, damaged, or removed wristbands will not be replaced, and no refund, credit, or complimentary re-entry will be provided. All guests must present valid government-issued photo ID and be twenty-one (21) or older to consume alcohol.
6. BOTTLE SERVICE. Bottle selections are subject to availability; comparable substitutions of equal or greater value may be made when a selection is unavailable. Additional bottles, upgrades (including Don Julio Reposado upgrades), food, or services requested during the event are billed separately and due at the time of request. No outside alcohol may be brought onto the premises; outside alcohol will be confiscated and may result in removal without refund.
7. TABLE LOCATIONS. Table locations are assigned by Afro Plus based on the package purchased and operational requirements. Specific table numbers or exact placements are not guaranteed. Afro Plus reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to assign, reassign, or relocate any table before or during the event for operational, safety, capacity, or production reasons, without refund.
8. ARTIST LINEUP & PROGRAM CHANGES. The artist lineup, set times, performance schedules, run-of-show, and festival operations are subject to change, substitution, or cancellation at any time without notice. Afro Plus does not guarantee the appearance of any particular artist. No refund will be issued as a result of any change to the advertised lineup, performance times, or program.
9. FORCE MAJEURE. Afro Plus is not liable for any failure or delay in performance, and no refund is due, where caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God; severe or inclement weather; fire, flood, or natural disaster; epidemic, pandemic, or public-health emergency; government action, orders, curfews, or restrictions; acts of terrorism, war, or civil unrest; labor disputes; utility, power, or technical failures; or venue closure, damage, or unavailability.
10. CODE OF CONDUCT & REMOVAL. Purchaser and all guests agree to comply with all venue policies, festival rules, and applicable laws. Afro Plus reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the premises, any person without refund for conduct including fighting, violence, or threats; harassment; possession or use of illegal drugs; possession of weapons; intoxication endangering oneself or others; or any behavior deemed dangerous, disruptive, or unlawful.
11. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING RELEASE. The event will be photographed and recorded. By attending, Purchaser and all guests grant Afro Plus and its affiliates the irrevocable, royalty-free right to photograph, film, and record them and to use their image, likeness, voice, and recordings for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes in any media, worldwide, without compensation, notice, or further approval.
12. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY. Attendance is voluntary and at Purchaser's and guests' own risk. Purchaser, for themselves and all guests, assumes all risks of attending, including risks from crowds, alcohol service, and the venue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Legendary Franchise LLC, Afro Plus, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, sponsors, and partners are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property, and Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold them harmless from claims arising from Purchaser's or guests' acts or omissions.
13. CHARGEBACK PROTECTION. By signing, Purchaser acknowledges this reservation is for a hospitality package that includes festival admission, reserved seating, premium bottle and table service, and related amenities — not solely alcohol or goods. Purchaser agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services delivered under this Agreement, and understands this signed Agreement, with proof of purchase and attendance (wristband issuance and check-in records), is evidence the services were provided and may be submitted to the card issuer to contest any dispute. Purchaser may be responsible for reasonable costs Afro Plus incurs defending a chargeback filed in violation of this Agreement.
14. GENERAL. This Agreement is the entire agreement regarding the reservation and supersedes prior representations. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Afro Plus may amend operational details as needed to produce the event safely.
