• Exhibitor Application – Hilo Brain Health and Wellness Fair

  • The Brain Injury Association of Hawaii (BIHi) invites you to be an exhibitor for the Hilo Brain Health and Wellness Fair. 

    The purpose of the fair is to provide education on prevention and resources to everyone, and offer services and support related to brain injuries and strokes.

    The fair is free for everyone - all ages, general public, neurotrauma survivors, caregivers and other supports, and professionals.

    Date and time: Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

    Set-up: Begins at 9:00 am

    Finish / strike: Begins at 2:00 pm. Please do not start breaking down your exhibit before then.

    Location: Grand Naniloa Hotel, 93 Banyon Drive, Hilo, HI 96720

    Facilities: Each organization will have a full or half table and two chairs or a booth, which includes a tabletop and seating in the booth.

    Lunch: Up to two bentos per organization will be provided for lunch.

    Note: No sales, please. All information, resources shares, services provided onsite, etc., should be free.

    Intended audiences: The fair is for persons of all ages, with and without a brain injury or stroke.
