At Hootenanny Abby, we value transparency, respect, and mutual commitment. This policy is intended to clearly outline what happens if you or the Company need to cancel participation in a program.

By registering for a program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following policy.

If you cancel your enrollment before the registration period closes, you are eligible for a full refund of any tuition paid.

Requests must be submitted in writing via email.

We understand that sometimes a program may not be the right fit.

If you participate in the first week of the program and decide not to continue, you may request a 50% refund within seven (7) calendar days of the first live session.

Refund requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Because this program relies on the participation and commitment of the group, no refunds will be issued after the first week of the program.

This includes situations involving:

• Schedule conflicts
• Changes in personal circumstances
• Missed sessions
• Lack of participation
• Voluntary withdrawal from the program

If you are unable to attend a live session, refunds, credits, make-up sessions, or partial reimbursements will not be provided.

If recordings are offered as part of the program, access will be provided according to the program description.

Community Rate spaces are reserved specifically for the individual who receives them.

These enrollments:

• Are non-transferable.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Are subject to the same cancellation policy unless otherwise stated in writing.

Participants are expected to follow the Community Participation Agreement.

If a participant is removed from the program due to repeated violations of the Community Participation Agreement or behavior that compromises the wellbeing of the group, refunds will not be issued.

If Hootenanny Abby cancels a program before it begins, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund of all amounts paid, or
• The opportunity to transfer enrollment to a future offering of the program.

If the program must be postponed due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and given options regarding rescheduling or transferring enrollment.

We recognize that unexpected hardships can occur.

If you experience extraordinary circumstances that affect your ability to participate, you are welcome to contact us.

While exceptions cannot be guaranteed, we are committed to reviewing requests with care and compassion on a case-by-case basis.
