• 2026–2027 Registration 🎼

Complete this form to register your student and share your schedule preferences.
  • The studio year runs Monday, August 10, 2026 through Tuesday, June 15, 2027, and includes 40 lessons.

Tuition is billed in 11 equal monthly payments, August through June. Your monthly payment is the same every month regardless of how many lessons fall in that month — it is your annual tuition divided evenly across 11 payments. Some months have five lessons, some have three; the payment does not change.

    Monthly Tuition:
    30 minutes — $220/month
    45 minutes — $310/month
    60 minutes — $400/month

Tuition is due at the beginning of each month. Rates reflect in-home instruction, including travel to your residence.

    Studio Calendar:
    Studio Holiday — Tuesday, October 13, 2026
    Thanksgiving Break — Monday–Friday, November 23–27, 2026
    Winter Break — Monday, December 21, 2026 to Friday, January 1, 2027
Spring Break — Tuesday, March 30 to Monday, April 5, 2027
    Memorial Day — Monday, May 31, 2027

Please note: lessons ARE held on Labor Day, Veterans Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Lincoln Day, Presidents' Day, and school holidays on October 12 and March 8. School may be out on these days, but the studio is open.

Registration deadline: Friday, July 24, 2026. Invoices will be sent following registration, and your lesson slot is secured once payment is received. First payment (including the annual registration fee) is due August 1, 2026.

  • Make-Up Lessons
A make-up is a rescheduled lesson for a session you have already paid for. Make-ups are scheduled alongside your regular weekly lesson, not in place of it, and cannot be applied as a discount toward future tuition. Accounts must be current to schedule a make-up.

Make-ups are offered as video lessons: the student submits a video of their prepared assignment, and I respond with a personalized feedback video. Video make-ups can be completed on your own schedule, and give students a recording they can return to throughout the week. If an in-person opening is available that works for both of us, I'll gladly offer that instead. Open in-person slots are offered first come, first served.

    Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a make-up.

    Illness
If a student wakes up sick or comes home sick from school, please let me know as soon as possible. Same-day illness is exempt from the 24-hour cancellation policy and is eligible for a video make-up.

    If I Cancel
In the rare event I need to cancel, you may choose either a make-up lesson (in-person or video) or a tuition credit.

    Arrival Window
As a mobile studio, I travel between homes and occasionally hit unexpected traffic. Please allow a 10-minute arrival window around your scheduled time. Lessons always run their full length from when we begin. Please also have your student ready at their start time, so they receive their complete lesson.

    Parking
As a mobile studio, I travel to your home. Please have a parking space available at your lesson time — driveway or curb — clear of trash bins or vehicles, so lessons can begin on time.

    Pets
I love animals and am happy to have them around during lessons. For everyone's safety and focus, I do ask that dogs be secured or in a separate room when I arrive and while we settle in.

    Schedule Flexibility
Since I travel between homes, an occasional gap may open in my schedule. From time to time I may ask if you're able to shift your lesson time slightly to help close it. These requests are always optional and always appreciated.
