WIN YOUR WEDDING AT ARCHIVE – TERMS & CONDITIONS
The competition is open to entrants aged 18 or over. Entry is free. To enter, participants must:

• Complete the online entry form, tag two friends in the comments on the official competition Instagram post, share the competition post to their Instagram Story, book free tickets to and attend the Archive Wedding Showcase on Thursday 15 October 2026 (6:00pm–8:30pm).
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced during the Wedding Showcase on 15 October 2026.
• The winner (or at least one member of the winning couple) must be present at the Wedding Showcase when the winner is announced. If the winner is not present, another eligible winner will be drawn.
• One entry per couple is permitted. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
  The prize includes - Venue hire at Archive, standard venue dressing and furniture provided by Archive, a Prosecco reception for wedding guests.
• The total prize value is up to £4,500, depending on the chosen wedding date and final guest numbers, with a maximum capacity of 200 guests.
• The prize applies to new wedding bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
• The wedding must take place within the dates specified by Archive at the time of booking and is subject to venue availability. The wedding must take place before the end of August 2028.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
• Any additional services, catering, drinks, entertainment, suppliers or upgrades not expressly included within the prize will be chargeable at Archive’s standard rates.
• The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of being contacted. Failure to do so may result in the prize being forfeited and another winner being selected.
• By entering the competition, participants agree that Archive may use their names, photographs and/or images from the prize presentation and wedding for promotional purposes across its website and social media channels. The winner will be asked for permission before any wedding photography is used.
• By entering, participants consent to the personal information supplied being used for the administration of the competition. Marketing communications will only be sent to those who have opted in.
• Archive reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
