Fremlin Walk Summer Wonder Campaign – Terms & Conditions
Participation in any Campaign activity constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Fremlin Walk reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any activity or these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
World of Wonder Trail Lucky dip
The World of Wonder Trail is free to enter and is open during the advertised campaign period.
Participants must register and complete the trail to qualify for entry into the prize draw and the lucky dip on event days.
Only one lucky dip per person/family is permitted unless otherwise stated, all vouchers won in the lucky dip are subject to their own terms and conditions and expiry dates.
Completed trail entries must be submitted by the advertised campaign closing date to be eligible.
World of Wonder Trail Prize Draw
Participants must register and complete the trail to qualify for entry into the prize draw and the lucky dip on event days.

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will receive a Fremlin Walk shopping voucher. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided on their entry form.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Fremlin Walk reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The winner's first name and surname will be announced on Fremlin Walk's social media channels and other promotional platforms. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to this announcement.
The winner will receive a voucher for Activate and is subject to activates own terms and conditions.
Winner will need to collect the prize in person from Fremlin Walk between Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Event Activities
Event activities are free to attend unless otherwise stated.
Activities are available on a first come, first served basis while stocks and capacity last.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Activity schedules, performers and attractions are subject to change without prior notice.
Face painting, craft activities, character appearances, animal encounters and other attractions are subject to availability.
Mini Beasts Week
Customers who spend £25 or more in a single transaction at any participating Fremlin Walk retailer during the promotional period are eligible to take part in the mini beasts event.
Proof of purchase (valid receipt) must be presented for entry into the mini beasts.
Photography & Social Media
Photography and videography may take place during the Campaign for promotional purposes.
By attending the events, visitors acknowledge they may appear in photographs or video footage used by Fremlin Walk for marketing and promotional purposes.
Anyone who does not wish to be photographed should notify a member of the event team on arrival.
Liability
Fremlin Walk accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury sustained during the Campaign except where caused by negligence.
Participants take part in activities at their own risk.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for children in their care at all times.
Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Fremlin Walk's Privacy Policy.
