The Sunset Lounge may be rented with 3 different configuration options. Please choose your options below

Sunset Lounge Entire Room: $500
Sunset Lounge Area A (soft seating areas, TV, wet bar): $250
Sunset Lounge Area B (flexible table seating): $250
Once your reservation is approved you will be e-mailed an invoice for the room rental option of your choice above plus the onsite security fee of $150 along with a separate invoice for a $500 Security Deposit. Both invoices need to be paid via the link with a credit or debit card. Payment must be received to secure the date. The Association does not accept personal checks or cash. Please provide your preferred e-mail address for invoicing.
