Revealing or inappropriate clothing is not permitted during the camp. Please avoid short shorts/skirts, low-cut tops, or those with offensive language or graphics and overly revealing outfits.

Bible and Journal – Essential for scripture reading, sermon note-taking, and personal reflection.

Comfortable Clothing – Suitable for worship, outdoor activities and changing weather conditions

Water Bottle – Staying hydrated is important, especially during outdoor activities.

Sleeping Bag/Bedding – If staying overnight, please bring appropriate bedding (sleeping bag, pillow, blanket)

Personal Toiletries – Toothbrush, toothpaste, facewash, moisturizer, deodorant, hand sanitisers, etc

Prescribed medications- Please ensure your child brings any prescribed medications they will need for the weekend, along with clear instructions for taking them.

Outdoor Gear – The event includes outdoor activities, please bring comfortable waterproof shoes/Wellies and a winter jacket.

Pocket money- Please provide your child with pocket money that is only enough for a day's expenses. We kindly ask that you avoid giving them extra money, as it may not be necessary.

This Application Form is correct as far as I know, and the person described in Section 1 has permission to engage in all activities, except as noted by me. I consider them fit to participate in this youth event and acknowledge the need for obedience and responsible behaviour on their part. If any of the above circumstances/details change before the commencement of the youth SUMMER CAMP retreat, I will make it my responsibility to immediately inform the event Director of the change in writing.
