350€ - 2 850 €
Celebrating my 20th year of working with groups, I am delighted to foster this embodied journey of learning facilitation through practice and experience !
Marin
Come online to get a taste, and in-person for a deeper plunge !
Join us for six somatic webinars exploring aspects of space-holding such as presence, embodiment, technicalities, space-framing, trauma-awareness, windows of transformation, risk-taking, consent, systemic power structures, accessiblity, ethics and repair.
Deepen this vibrant journey through practice by attending then the immersive in-person weeks in Berlin, in which you will get more embodied aspects of these themes, and develop concrete skills to craft your own somatic workshops, retreats or participative performances.
Open to all levels, this program nurtures creativity, intuition, attunement to group dynamics and embodied presence, in order to hold space for deep transformative experiences.
Come connect, co-create, and ignite your facilitative spirit!
What is this training about ?
It is about tuning into your creativity, your intuition, your embodied experiences, the transmissions you received, and practicing hosting other people’s transformative experiences in ways that are unique to you.
We will practice embracing group dynamics and individuals as they are, standing with the complexity of togetherness, by developping the strength, flexibility and humbleness that it requires.
This program is designed in two parts and a coaching complement. It is possible to attend the first part (online) without attending the rest.
The first part Foundations presents 6 weekly online thematic webinars, explored via somatic practices, reflections, case studies and Q&A
The second part, Jumping in is about practicing facilitation in a tangible way in-person. First in March within the cohort, as students will take turns in holding space for the group, and secondly in May for the public, during a co-created somatic festival held at ISB Berlin, in which the public will come on a donation basis and will be invited to give feedback to the students holding space, for their own learning as growing facilitators in the somatic field.
In this part we will also welcome two guests facilitators for somatic dives into decolonial holding space and disability justice.
It is necessary to take part of Foundation in order to attend to the second part Jumping in.
The complement, Fine-tune is a monthly 1:1 coaching for developing a workshop or retreat with specific tailored support from Marin. It can be booked independently from the training.

A webinar for opening this second part of the training, brainstorming and co-creation of the first intensive week
⦾ In-person - Practising in-house
From Monday 15th of March at 10am to Sunday 21st at 6pm
7 days intensive training in ISB Berlin
In this intensive, Marin will hold the base (introduction and closing, arrivals into the body, transitions, integration, Q&A and various inputs), we will welcome two guests for somatic dives into decolonial holding space and disability justice, and the students will facilitate workshops for the group (in solo or duo), elaborating their own proposition, and trying it out live with peers.
Each student will take turn inhabiting various roles: facilitator, participant and outside eye.
Each workshop lead by students will be followed by a break and a detailed feedback session from each role, which will be the heart of the learning for all.
It will not be mandatory to facilitate a workshop of one's own. It is also possible to assist others in their workshop, co-facilitate or simply learn from a participant or witness role.
In this week, far from giving lessons or easy answers, we will embrace challenges, surprises and complexity. Reflecting from shared embodied experiences, we will stir key points of designing collective transformative spaces, such as togetherness in practice, trauma awareness and nervous system theories, systemic power structure awareness, safer/braver spaces, care, consent, frames and freedom.
We will also flirt with the unknown, opening to some energetic and spiritual awareness, as bodies, groups and their organic intelligence often take us to uncharted territories.
This week is a first experience of facilitating which leads then to the second in-person retreat, where student facilitators will hold space for the public!
⦾ Online - Follow-up
In-between the two weeks in-person, there is a 2-months period of time in which, like busy bees, we will prepare the workshops, co-create the festival and communicate around it (learning to describe workshops in a few sentences, write a short bio, use social networks for spreading the info, etc.). Marin will coordinate and external resources will be solicited if needed.
We will meet in webinars in this follow-up part of the training (mondays from 6pm to 8:30pm, every two weeks):
- march 29th: Prep for the festival, case studies, Q&A
- april 12th: Prep for the festival, case studies, Q&A
- april 26th: Prep for the festival, last details, fine tune
⦾ In-person - Opening to the public
From wednesday 12th of May at 10am to tuesday 18th of may at 6pm
7 days intensive including the 3 days somatic festival in ISB Berlin over the week-end
In this intensive, Marin will hold space the first 2 days with a program of connection to self and deep embodiment, supporting each student to come into their own power, inhabit their body fully, and connect to the group and to resources. These days will be about celebrating our embodied experiences, and tuning into our drive to share and transmit some of them by welcoming other beings into our realms.
Then on friday/saturday/sunday we will run a 3-day festival, free or donation-based, in which the student facilitators who wish to move one step further will hold space for volunteer participants, trying out their proposition in the real-world with a crowd that is aware of their learning process. Workshop participants will then be invited to give feedback to facilitators, as learning gifts, and testimonials in order to support communication for further workshop proposals.
Monday will be a day off and Tuesday will be our last day for harvesting and closing together this rich and intense collective journey.
Fine-tune - Extra-coaching
5 sessions - 1h
250€ / 350€ / 460€
Monthly 1h coaching with Marin from January to May 2026, for developing your own workshop or retreat with indivualized support tailored to your needs.

Who is this training for ?
This training is for you if you have personal or professional experience in a body-based field (somatics, intimacy work, bodywork, movement, dance, theater, sport, martial arts, stage, performance, etc.) and wish to facilitate body-based, experiential, collective events, workshops or retreats in this field.
This training will not provide content about any specific somatic field, rather support you to figure out ways to show up as a facilitator and design workshops or retreats in your own areas of expertise, fueled by your many experiences, gifts and talents.
This program is developed as a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program for Sexological Bodyworkers certified by ISB Berlin and RHI, and is open to the public as well.
For those who sign-up to the in-person part of the training, please note that there will be somatic sexologists in the group, alongside other bodyworkers and somatic practitioners. In that regard, you should be able to remain as open, self-aware and non-judgemental as possible when it comes to intimacy-related topics.
This is important because the first in-person practice part of the training involves giving workshops to the group and participating in other people's workshops, of course always within one’s own range of willingness.
Consent, trauma-awareness as well as accessibility and systemic power awareness will be ongoing core themes, carefully woven into the collective journey.
Which level of experience ?
Whether you are a beginner in leading workshops or already have some experience that you would like to fine-tune, you are welcome to join. Each student will feel into where they are and expand from there.
Accessibility
You can upload your access rider in the sign-up form.
♿️ For the on-site parts of the training, the space is entirely barrier-free except for the shower that has a 10cm step. It is on the second floor with lift and the lift is 69cm large and 103cm deep.
🌿 The registration form presents an accessibility section in which you can specify any access needs, regarding your capacity to attend online or on-site parts of the training.
🌈 The facilitator is mindful of systemic privileges and oppressions, and how they can affect group dynamics and intimate relationships. They are open to making accommodations as needed.
🇬🇧 This training will be held in spoken English. It will be possible to translate some words occasionally into French or German, maybe other languages spoken in the group, but it will unfortunately not be possible to run the whole training in multiple spoken languages, unless you are able to organize a simultaneous translation for yourself.
Automatic English subtitles will be available during the webinars.
🤙 For sign-language please express your needs via the accessibility section of the form.

About the trainer
Marin Marie (they/iel)
Marin is an all-terrain facilitator drawing on somatic practices, intimacy work, performing arts, community organization, summer camps, social justice and a variety of transformative tools.
Transmasc born in France with a white and financially stable background, they are currently able-bodied, living with CPTSD and has had a 10-year experience of adult life with a chronic illness.
They experienced deep awakenings in random summer camps as a kid, experimenting organically with lesbian and gender-dissident self-expression in safer collective bubbles, far from family expectations and school peer-pressure. They understandably went into working with groups as their first teenage job, back in 2005, creating from scratch playful workshops for kids in holidays. Since then and through intensive practice they developped a passion for holding space that grew into many shapes and colors.
Their fields of experience and education include social work in holiday camps (organizer, facilitator, trainer), community organization and intersectional activism, anti-discriminatory work, reparative justice, physical theater, martial arts, dance, performance, craft and plastic art, space and product design, energetic practices (magnétisme), massage and intimacy work. They are a Certified Sexological Bodyworker (ISB Berlin), Somatic Sex Educator and Supervisor (RHI).
They learned mainly from practice, by embodying all roles: from participant to assistant, co-facilitator, space-holder, organizer, coach and supervisor. All together they spent about 4 full years of their life in camps and retreats, and was organizing or co-organizing about two third of them. In the last 4 years they organized about twenty sex-positive or somatic intimacy-related retreats/week-ends plus a number of workshops accross Europe, using somatic practices, consent and group dynamics tools from various backgrounds.
Some of their experiences: facilitating sexual education workshops, anti-discrimination workshops for kids and adults, movement and body-based workshops, creative workshops, participative performances, collaborative art projects, somatic self-expression workshops and more. Recently they have focused on holding sex-positive and somatic intimacy spaces for adults, especially for queers.
They worked with many different groups, with various age, backgrounds, languages, cultures, bodies, physicalities, habits and experiences, and draw experience from each of these embodied collective encounters.
They facilitate with a playful, creative, colorful and light vibe, yet aware of the depths and sensitivity of what it may feel to be a human down here.
