Utah Agriculture in the Classroom is pleased to offer free classroom sets of Oh, Scrap! to current Utah public school teachers while supplies last.

Oh, Scrap! is an engaging agricultural reader that helps students investigate the global issue of food waste. Through interactive content, students explore the differences between food waste and food loss, examine where each occurs throughout the food supply chain, and discover the economic, social, and environmental impacts of wasted food.

In addition to printed classroom sets, Oh, Scrap! is available as a printable PDF and a digital e-reader, providing flexible options for classroom instruction.

Teachers may request up to five classroom sets to accommodate multiple class periods or teaching teams.
