HOPWA Project-Based Rental Assistance Request for Proposals

The Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program provides resources and incentives to devise long-term comprehensive strategies for meeting the housing needs of low-income Persons Living with HIV/AIDS. The Georgia Department of Community Affairs invites eligible Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties to apply for the HOPWA Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) pilot program. The selected properties will work with a HOPWA Project-Sponsor in one of the eligible counties to provide units dedicated to HOPWA clients.
