    In a time when the cost of everything is rising, the resources it takes to offer high‑quality, professional artist‑led summer camps are rising, too. At BTE, accessibility is part of our mission, and we never want price to be the reason a young person can’t participate.

    To help keep our programs open to as many families as possible, we’re introducing a tiered pricing model for all summer camps. When selected, each camp has recommended price that reflects the true cost of running the program. You are welcome to select the tier that best matches what you are personally able to pay, no questions asked.

    If price is still a barrier, we invite you to reach out to our Education Lead Abigail Leffler (abigaill@bte.org) to discuss scholarships and additional options so every young artist can join us!

  • Winter Mayhem!

    December 2-17: Wednesdays/Thursdays: 4:30-6pm

    Let the chaos commence! During this three-week workshop, students will discover the excitement and fun that can be had in theatre playing theatre games, warm-up games, and improv games! They will be encouraged to express themselves while learning the fundamentals of performance. All levels of experience welcome!

    March 3-25: Wednesdays/Thursdays: 4:30-6pm

    Let’s get creative! In this four-week session, students will foster their creative instincts in a constructive, encouraging environment. Acting and Design will be taught through devising and improvisation in an effort to find an individual’s process in the theatre world. All levels of experience welcome!

  • Stage Presence

    Sept 23-Oct 15: Wednesdays (7-10 year olds)/Thursdays (12-16 year olds): 4:30-6pm           

    Get a head start on honing your performance skills with this four-week session. Stage Presence classes are designed to support and improve your acting skillset, so you feel prepared to perform in BTE productions or your High School’s Musical. All levels of experience welcome!

    Our AKT-Out! Intensives are designed to help a growing actor educate and hone their knowledge and skills in performance. These classes will be taught to really foster a young artist’s journey in theatre. Scene work, acting styles, and more will be covered. Sign up for a four-week session or both sessions and gain the skills necessary to successfully perform in theatre. All levels of experience welcome!
