    • Avoid actions that could significantly damage the reputation of Partners of Hope or Cathedral of Hope.
    • Notify Cathedral of Hope of major ownership or organizational changes that may affect membership.

    Program Changes

    Cathedral of Hope reserves the right to modify the Partners of Hope program, including membership benefits, eligibility requirements, participation levels, pricing, and policies. Members will be notified of significant changes in a timely manner.

    Privacy

    Cathedral of Hope is committed to protecting the privacy of its congregation, donors, volunteers, and partners. Membership does not include access to confidential or proprietary information, including congregational contact information, member directories, donor records, or other non-public data.

    No Endorsement

    While Partners of Hope recognizes businesses that support Cathedral of Hope's mission and values, membership does not constitute a guarantee, certification of quality, or warranty of any member's products or services. Any relationship formed between a member and a congregant/consumer is based solely on the relationship between those two parties, with no implied involvement, endorsement or approval of the Cathedral of Hope.

    Program Standards

    Partners of Hope exists to build a trusted network of businesses and professionals whose conduct reflects the mission and values of Cathedral of Hope. All members are expected to:

    • Conduct business with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
    • Foster welcoming and respectful environments for employees, customers, and the community.
    • Support the mission and values of Cathedral of Hope and Partners of Hope.
    • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
    • Refrain from conduct that could materially harm the reputation of Partners of Hope or Cathedral of Hope.


    Membership Review

    Cathedral of Hope reserves the right to review membership if concerns arise regarding a member's conduct or continued alignment with the program's standards. Following an appropriate review, membership may be suspended or terminated if a member no longer meets the program's eligibility requirements or acts in a manner materially inconsistent with the mission, values, or reputation of Partners of Hope or Cathedral of Hope.

     

    Use of the Partners of Hope Brand

    Members may use the official Partners of Hope name, logo, digital badge, and window decal only while their membership is active and in accordance with Cathedral of Hope's brand guidelines. Upon the expiration or termination of membership, members agree to discontinue use of all Partners of Hope branding in print, digital media, signage, advertising, and promotional materials.
