    • We will have two blocks of breakout sessions—one will be for a 90 minute session and the other a 60 minute session. Please leave time for Q&A.
    • Sessions must be non-promotional. Vendors and service providers interested in visibility should inquire about vendor fair or sponsorship opportunities.
    • Sessions may include up to three speakers/panelists, plus one moderator. Speakers/panelists will get complimentary registration. Any additional speakers beyond this limit must register and pay for a Summit ticket.
    • MACDC encourages presenters who reflect subject-matter expertise, community voice, and lived experience. We especially welcome sessions that reflect the Summit theme, Powered by Community.
    • Interactive formats are strongly encouraged—Q&A, small-group discussion, and applied exercises tend to resonate most with our practitioner audience.
