• To qualify you must (1) mail 150 homes around each sale you've made and have a SOLD sign in the yard (can be seller or buyer side), (2) use StealthTracker™™ to identify sellers, and (3) follow up with each prospect we identify within 2 weeks of when we email you who they are.

*Price per postcard includes printing, mailing, and postage. Service Fee Per Mailing is a one-time fee for each mailing to create your postcard and acquire mailing addresses, etc. There is a one-time $37 account setup fee to set up your Circle Marketing service. Pricing Listed is for payment by check; add 4% for payment by credit card.

StealthTracker™ is our proprietary technology that identifies sellers before they go on the market. We notify you who they are so you can reach out to them first and get additional listings. See examples on previous page.

To qualify for our Money‑Back Guarantee, you must use our StealthTracker™ technology and mail to at least 150 homes surrounding the guaranteed property. If you would like to participate in the guarantee, please indicate your choice below and select the default mailing quantity required.

The default mailing quantity is the default quantity of homes we will automatically mail for each Circle Marketing mailing you request. If you want a different quantity mailed around a particular home, let us know when you email us the home photo and we will adjust the quantity on that mailing.

• No contract term. You pay only when you request postcards to be mailed
• This order form sets up your Circle Marketing account and sends your first mailing. Once your account is set up, you can request future mailings by emailing us (we'll send you instructions).

• Since we use pre-approved templates (above) and only update sales-related details you provide us, we'll send you proofs for each mailing you request, and all proofs are considered pre-approved unless you notify us within 2 days of changes needing to be made.
• Note: if you are an existing Agent Dominator™ client for whom we have customized your postcards, notify Support if you want to use those cards and we can use them for your Circle Marketing mailings

These terms represent the full agreement between the parties, both written or oral: this Circle Marketing™™ agreement is a month-to-month agreement, and except for your account creation fee you are only charged when you request a new mailing; you can terminate this agreement at any time by written notice.

All terms are negotiable: This is a fully customable contract, and you have the opportunity to negotiate any and all terms prior to executing this Agreement. By signing below, you acknowledge you have read the terms, accept the terms as they are set forth in this Agreement (including the terms in the link above), and choose not to negotiate them.

Signature: By signing below you acknowledge having read and agreed to all terms in this Agreement, including the full terms in the link provided above (or those terms as may have been negotiated and amended and, if so, attached to this document for signing) and fully incorporated herein as if written into this document.
