  • Please do not feed your dog 1 hour before coming into K9 Playtime due to the risk of bloat.*
  • When collecting and/or dropping off your dog please follow our 1 way system, our 5MPH speed limit & our following instructions 1.) Park your car outside of day care and stay remaining in your car. 2.) Text/Call us om 07342984948 to say you're here 3.)Remain in your car, a member of staff will come out to you. Once they're at your car, you're then welcome to get out your car to get your dog out ( or K9 Playtime are happy to get the dog) Please do not knock on the door or enter.*
  • Please do not bring your dog into day care if they're poorly ( Sickness, Diarrhoea, in season etc) Contact us and we can advise on next steps*
  • *Under veterinary instructions/recommendations*, due to ill health or emergency, do you consent to euthanize whilst your pet is under our care.*
  • Trial time slots are 2 hours long, typically between 11:15-13:15 unless agreed otherwise. Please note that if you collect your dog late then a late fee may be charged.*
  • On the trial, you will be leaving your dog with a member of staff. Due to insurance reasons we can't allow owners inside during the trial. We will keep you updated during the trial as much as we can.*

  • I,* understand that I will be referred to as 'The client' throughout the Terms and Conditions..

  • The client understands that by using the MyPetWalker application that it is the clients responsibility to keep all the information up to date including but not limited to the health condition of my dog, any behavioural and medical changes, flea, worming and vaccination details and all my personal details.*
  • The client understand that my dog whilst with K9 Playtime will do a range of activities. This is where dogs commingle in groups and the client accepts that during the course of normal dog play their dog may sustain injuries. All dog play is carefully monitored to avoid injury, however scratches, punctures, torn ligaments, or other injuries may occur despite the best supervision. including but not limited to dog free play, play fighting, agility, playing with toys, playing out in our enclosed field, playing in our enclosed toilet area, all of which are potential for injuries. With my understanding the client accepts that K9 Playtime holds no responsibility for any vet fees that could occur through any injuries caused.*
  • The client understands that we have a 48 cancellation/rescheduling policy. If the client wishes to cancel or reschedule daycare with less than 48 hours notice the client will loose their payment.*
  • The client understands that bitches in season can't come into day care. If we notice your bitch in season you will be called and your dog will be placed into our isolation unit until you're able to collect. The clients bitch must stay at home for a minimum of 14 days or until their season has finished. K9 Playtime can not be held responsible for any injuries or pregnancies that may occur should you send your dog into daycare in season. Dogs are monitored at all time and if we notice your dog is in season your dog will need to be collected immediately*
  • The Client agrees to take any necessary measures or precautions to ensure that their pet is free of contagious, infectious, or otherwise communicable diseases. The Client further agrees to notify K9 Playtime immediately of any infectious and/or contagious disease or conditions their dog has been exposed to or is affected by. Such diseases and conditions include, but are not limited to: Distemper, Hepatitis, Kennel Cough, Parvovirus, Corona virus, worms, Lyme disease, Fleas, Pregnancy, Infectious Skin Diseases and Intestinal Parasites and all other contagious diseases for pets in general. K9 Playtime reserves the right to refuse until satisfied that the condition is resolved.*
  • If the Clients pet is taken sick or injured while under the care of K9 Playtime they will notify the Client at the earliest convenience using whatever method is available to take instructions or guidance. In the event of K9 Playtime not being able to contact the Client, or in an emergency situation, K9Playtime shall seek out medical attention from a vet. The Client is responsible for the full cost of treatment of any injuries or illness that their pet receives while under the care of K9 Playtime, together with any associated costs e.g. call-out charges. The Client authorises K9 Playtime to seek such veterinary advice and/or treatment as they deem necessary; where possible this will be carried out by the Client’s usual/preferred vet, but this cannot be guaranteed (e.g. in an emergency) and the Client accepts that K9 Playtime may at their discretion to use any registered vet. The Client agrees to pay all such costs immediately.*
  • The Client agrees to notify K9 Playtime immediately if their pet has any unwelcome changes of behaviour which could lead to aggression and or injury to themselves or others. K9 Playtime reserves the right to refuse any dog /pet deemed in their absolute discretion to be, or have the potential to be, dangerous or disruptive.*
  • The client agrees to keep their dogs up to date with annual boosters and provide this information under their dogs MyPetWalker profile by updating the photo and date when done. Please note, we do not accept dogs that aren't vaccinated and kept up to date.*
  • The Client accepts that even if their dog has been treatment against Kennel Cough there is a chance that their dog can still contract Kennel Cough. The Client agrees that they will not hold K9 Playtime responsible if their dog contracts Kennel Cough while with K9 Playtime.*
  • The client agrees that if their dog receives the kennel cough vaccination that they will keep the dog away from K9 Playtime for a minimum of 14 days from the day of the vaccination.*
  • The client agrees to keep their dogs up to date with flea and worming treatments and provide this information under their dogs MyPetWalker profile by updating the date when done. Please note, we do not accept dogs that aren't kept up to date with flea and worming treatments.*
  • The Client agrees K9 Playtime is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged pet equipment. K9 Playtime will use best endeavours to make sure that items are treated respectfully and returned to the Client where applicable.*
  • The client understands that their dog will be off lead whilst in the enclosed dog field. Whilst the field is kept as safe as possible with 7ft fencing the whole way around, K9 Playtime do not accept any responsibility for if a dog attempts and successfully jumps over the fencing.*
  • The client understands that K9 Playtime reserves the right to cancel day care with as much notice as K9 Playtime can give.*
  • The client understands that whilst K9 Playtime do allow you to bring food in for your dog for meal times, that you only do so if necessary. Your dog will be kept either in a crate, kennel or separate room for 60 minutes after each meal to try and prevent bloat or sickness.*
  • K9 Playtime opening hours are 7am - 18pm Monday to Friday. Should you be late on collection a late fee pay link will be sent out. This is charged at £5 for collections between 18:01 - 18:10. If you collect between 18:10-18:30 then an additional £10 is added to the £5 fee. If you collect later than 18:30 then your dog will be taken back to Rebecca Mardell's property where an additional £15 fee per hour to the already £15 fee will be added from the time of 18:30pm until your dog is collected.*
  • The client understands that K9 Playtime reserve the right to dismiss a client for whatever reason they deem as necessary.*
  • Your dog must always come in wearing an up to date ID tag. Should your dog not wear a collar then an ID tag must be on your dogs harness and your dog will have to remain in their harness for the duration of their day*
