Welcome to the Risen Church Dream Team Training Checklist. This checklist is designed to provide every volunteer with consistent training and to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge, expectations, and practical skills needed to serve with excellence in your ministry.

Instructions: Complete each section of this checklist with your Team Leader or designated trainer. Each item should be reviewed, discussed, and, where applicable, demonstrated before it is marked as complete. Once all required training has been completed sign the acknowledgment section and submit the form. A copy will be sent to you and the Team Leader to verify successful completion of the training process.

Section 3 - Ministry Specific Training

Wash hands thoroughly before handling food and after any activity that could cause contamination.
Avoid cross-contamination by using separate utensils for different food items and keeping serving utensils with their designated dishes.

Maintain a clean and organized serving area by promptly wiping spills and removing used dishes.

Wear disposable gloves or use serving utensils when handling ready-to-eat food, and change gloves as needed.
Report any food safety concerns (such as food left out too long, spills, or contamination) to the Hospitality Guest Lead immediately.
