Request to change your name and/or gender on your EP Casting Community profile. Fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory.

  This information must be submitted to HMRC for pension and national insurance purposes. Currently in the UK, male and female are the only two legal genders that are recognised.
  
  Note: You can select your gender identity and preferred pronouns by going to the Key Information section of your profile. Casting agents will use this information during the casting process.
