What To Expect:

Join us on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at WITHIN Studio (100 Taylor St., Suite A3, Nashville) for an immersive evening of breath, nervous system regulation, and deep subconscious exploration. We'll begin with a guided cold dip, followed by pranayama and drug-free psychedelic breathwork to help quiet the thinking mind and open the doorway inward. From there, you'll be guided through a group past life regression hypnosis designed to access the lifetime that holds the greatest relevance to the one you're living today. We'll close the evening by gathering in circle to share, reflect, and integrate our experiences together.

This experience is for anyone who has ever wondered whether they've lived before, felt an unexplainable pull toward another time or place, or simply feels curious about what the subconscious may reveal. Whether your experience feels vivid and symbolic or quiet and subtle, the intention isn't to prove anything—it's to create space for insight, healing, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

What To Bring:

A bathing suit or shorts and a T-shirt (or whatever you feel most comfortable plunging in), a towel, a change of clothes, layers to stay warm afterward, a journal and pen, and water. Please come well hydrated and try to avoid excessive caffeine beforehand so you can be as present and grounded as possible throughout the experience.

Liability Waiver & Informed Consent
By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a wellness experience hosted by WITHIN Studio that may include gentle movement, pranayama (breathwork), drug-free psychedelic breathwork, cold water immersion (cold plunge), guided hypnosis, meditation, and group discussion.

I understand that these activities may involve physical, emotional, and psychological risks, including but not limited to dizziness, lightheadedness, tingling, muscle soreness, fatigue, emotional release, temporary discomfort, increased heart rate, changes in breathing, anxiety, panic, fainting, or reactions to cold exposure. I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I may stop or modify my participation at any time.

I affirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate in this experience. I understand that this event is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or emergency services, and that no medical advice or diagnosis will be provided.

I understand that I should not participate in the cold plunge, breathwork, or hypnosis without first consulting my healthcare provider if I am pregnant, have uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, a seizure disorder, respiratory illness, severe asthma, Raynaud's disease, a serious medical condition, or any other condition that could make participation unsafe. I also understand that I should not participate if I am under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

I acknowledge that hypnosis is a voluntary state of focused attention and that individual experiences vary. I understand there are no guarantees regarding the insights, memories, emotional experiences, or outcomes of a hypnosis or past life regression experience. Any memories, images, or experiences that arise should not be interpreted as historical fact.

I accept full responsibility for monitoring my own physical and emotional well-being throughout the event. I agree to immediately notify the facilitator if I experience distress or choose to discontinue any activity.

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this event and release, waive, and hold harmless WITHIN Studio and Junie Welsh from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation, except where prohibited by applicable law or resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, have checked with a doctor if I have any concerns about participation, and agree to this waiver.
