            • All spots will be organized through the efforts of the Screven County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
            • NO ELECTRICITY PROVIDED!
            • Rain or Shine, there are no refunds!
            • Vendors are to register with a Chamber Representative at arrival
            • There is no rain date for the Food and Drink and Festival!
            • The event begins at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 02, 2026. You must see a Chamber representative upon arrival to sign in between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. for directions to the designated site for your truck. No set-up may take place until 3:00 p.m. All trucks must be set-up and all vehicles must be moved from the event area by 4:30 p.m.
            • You are responsible for clearing all trash from the area of your booth.
            • Any registration form received after the September 15, 2026 deadline will need to include a $20.00 processing fee.
            • Vendors that are preparing food are responsible for properly disposing of oil/grease. An oil bin will not be available for use. ** PLEASE DO NOT DUMP OIL/GREASE ON GRASS OR CONCRETE!! If you do, a fee for cleanup will occur!
            • There will be absolutely no alcoholic beverages sold.
            • There will be absolutely no offensive material or merchandise sold.
            • All vendors must stay within their truck space.
            • The City of Sylvania Downtown Development Authority and Board of Directors of the Screven County Chamber of Commerce does not guarantee that any vendor will be the exclusive seller of any type, brand, or variety of merchandise or food. There may be other vendors selling the same or similar items.
            • The City of Sylvania Downtown Development Authority and Screven County Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for any accidents which may occur during the Food and Drink Festival.

          • PLEASE NOTE for FOOD TRUCK VENDORS ONLY!!! VERY IMPORTANT!! If you are serving food you MUST be in compliance prior to signing up with all proper food regulations and licensing requirements for your food truck!!! The Chamber of Commerce WILL NOT be responsible for the vendor failing to do this! It is required by law!

          • Please note that Food Truck Vendors that have failed food safety inspections in the state of Georgia in the past six months will not be permitted to participate on the day of the event.

          • ALL Food Truck Vendors will be required to have their most recent health inspection, within the past six months, with them the day of arrival. This will be checked by Chamber Staff.
