    Building Urban Indigenous Ottawa

    The Ottawa Aboriginal Coalition invites you, as an employer, to our annual Career Fair. The OAC Career Fair brings together Indigenous community members and employers who want to strengthen their businesses while also helping to “Build Urban Indigenous Ottawa”.

    The three employment streams for this career fair will showcase amazing employers and support the diverse skills, talents, and career paths that Indigenous community members are pursuing. The three streams are: Building and Trades; Employment at the OAC Inuit VAW Shelter, which will open in April 2027; and employment that builds Indigenous community.

    The Career Fair creates connection and community. Come join a diverse group of employers and meet some amazing Indigenous community members.
