Recipients demonstrate excellence in customer service, workforce development, safety, community engagement, operational planning and continuous improvement.The award acknowledges facilities that maximise their limited operating season to create outstanding experiences for patrons, strengthen community wellbeing and set the benchmark for seasonal aquatic facility management across New South Wales.
