Terms and Conditions for Artbooks and Keepsake Books
"Content" refers to the artwork, photographs, drawings, and other materials submitted for inclusion in your book.
Ownership and Rights
a. The artwork and materials submitted must be your child's original creations, or materials you have the right to share and reproduce.
b. By submitting content, you confirm you have the necessary permission and authority to share and reproduce the material.
Selection and Editing
a. Layout, arrangement, and formatting of submitted artwork within the book will be at the discretion of Tiny Explorers Stories.
b. We reserve the right to lightly edit or adjust images (cropping, colour correction, resizing) for print quality and consistency, while preserving the integrity of the original artwork.
Consent for Publication
a. By submitting artwork and photographs, you grant Tiny Explorers Stories permission to reproduce this material in your book.
b. Where you have opted in above, you also grant permission for us to use this material for promotional and marketing purposes (e.g. social media, website).
Privacy and Protection
a. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information.
b. Personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of creating your book and order fulfilment, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Copyright
a. Copyright of the original artwork and photographs remains with you and your child, unless otherwise agreed.
Reprints and Reproduction
a. Additional copies or reprints must be ordered directly through Tiny Explorers Stories.
Liability
a. Tiny Explorers Stories will not be held liable for loss, damage, or delay arising from production, delivery, or use of the finished book, beyond replacement or reasonable remedy at our discretion.
Changes
a. Tiny Explorers Stories reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Canceled orders: A £20 fee applies to return your artwork if you cancel or do not proceed with the book
