THIS IS A FULL-TERM COMMITMENT. The Pro Development Program is built around a fixed cohort of players. Pitch time, coaching staff, analysis sessions and individual reporting are committed for the full 14 weeks the moment a place is accepted. A place taken is a place another player cannot have. For that reason, enrolment is for the entire term.

DEPOSIT — A $200 deposit is charged at application. If your application is not accepted, it is refunded in full within 5 business days. Once accepted, the deposit secures your player's place and is non-refundable.

PROGRAM FEE — 14+ days before the start date: full refund of program fees paid, less the deposit. Within 14 days of the start date, and at any point thereafter: non-refundable.

PAYMENT PLANS — A payment plan is a convenience, not a shorter commitment. Registrants are responsible for all scheduled installments regardless of attendance. Withdrawal does not cancel remaining installments. MISSED SESSIONS — There is no pro-rating or credit for missed sessions, including illness, injury, club commitments, travel or holidays. Analysis sessions are recorded and available to any player who cannot attend in person.

INJURY — Season-ending injury, verified by a medical professional, is the one exception. Where a player is medically unable to continue, KD Elite will issue a program credit valid for 12 months, prorated from the date the injury is reported.

KIT — The KD Elite kit fee is non-refundable once the order is placed. IF WE CANCEL — If KD Elite Football cancels the program in full, you receive a full refund of all program fees paid, or transfer to another KD Elite program of equivalent value.

WEATHER — Sessions run in most weather. Where a session is lost to venue closure or conditions outside our control, it is rescheduled where possible. No refund is issued for individual sessions. Places are not transferable between players.
