1. Authorization&#13;&#10;The Customer certifies they are the registered owner of the vehicle or have the legal authority to authorize its transportation.&#13;&#10;2. Vehicle Condition&#13;&#10;The Customer acknowledges that the vehicle has been inspected prior to transport. Any existing damage will be documented on the Vehicle Condition Report. Alanni’s Trailer Rental LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage.&#13;&#10;3. Vehicle Preparation&#13;&#10;Before pickup, the Customer agrees to:&#13;&#10;Remove all personal belongings unless otherwise approved in writing.&#13;&#10;Leave no more than one-quarter (¼) tank of fuel.&#13;&#10;Disable any alarm systems.&#13;&#10;Secure or remove loose exterior accessories.&#13;&#10;Provide one complete set of keys.&#13;&#10;Disclose any mechanical issues or modifications.&#13;&#10;4. Inoperable Vehicles&#13;&#10;If a vehicle is inoperable, the Customer must disclose this before scheduling. Additional equipment, labor, or fees may be required.&#13;&#10;5. Payment&#13;&#10;Payment is due in full before vehicle pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of services.&#13;&#10;6. Estimated Pickup and Delivery&#13;&#10;Pickup and delivery dates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical breakdowns, accidents, or other circumstances beyond the Carrier’s reasonable control.&#13;&#10;7. Liability&#13;&#10;Alanni’s Trailer Rental LLC exercises reasonable care while transporting vehicles but is not liable for:&#13;&#10;Pre-existing damage&#13;&#10;Mechanical or electrical failures&#13;&#10;Tire blowouts&#13;&#10;Fluid leaks&#13;&#10;Battery failures&#13;&#10;Suspension or drivetrain failures&#13;&#10;Road debris or rock chips&#13;&#10;Weather-related damage&#13;&#10;Acts of God&#13;&#10;Damage caused by undisclosed modifications or defects&#13;&#10;8. Personal Property&#13;&#10;The Carrier is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle. Personal property is transported solely at the Customer’s risk.&#13;&#10;9. Vehicle Inspection&#13;&#10;The Customer or an authorized representative must inspect the vehicle upon delivery. Any visible damage must be documented on the Vehicle Condition Report before signing the delivery receipt.&#13;&#10;10. Damage Claims&#13;&#10;Claims for visible damage must be reported before the delivery receipt is signed. Failure to note visible damage at delivery may limit the ability to pursue a claim. Claims should include supporting photographs and documentation.&#13;&#10;11. Cancellation Policy&#13;&#10;Cancellations before dispatch may be subject to an administrative fee.&#13;&#10;Once transportation has begun, transport charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.&#13;&#10;12. Storage Fees&#13;&#10;If the Customer fails to accept delivery or causes unreasonable delays, storage or redelivery fees may apply.&#13;&#10;13. Force Majeure&#13;&#10;The Carrier is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or other emergencies.&#13;&#10;14. Indemnification&#13;&#10;The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alanni’s Trailer Rental LLC from claims arising from inaccurate information, undisclosed vehicle defects, unauthorized shipments, or violations of applicable laws by the Customer.&#13;&#10;15. Limitation of Liability&#13;&#10;To the extent permitted by law, the Carrier’s liability is limited to the actual, documented damage directly caused during transportation and is subject to any applicable insurance coverage and legal limitations.&#13;&#10;16. Governing Law&#13;&#10;This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action arising under this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.&#13;&#10;17. Electronic Signatures&#13;&#10;The parties agree that electronic signatures and electronic records are legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.&#13;&#10;18. Entire Agreement&#13;&#10;This Agreement, together with the Vehicle Condition Report and any written addenda, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or understandings.&#13;&#10;19. Severability&#13;&#10;If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.&#13;&#10;20. Acceptance&#13;&#10;By signing this Agreement, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions contained herein.&#13;&#10;
