  • 2026-2027 Leadership Program Application

It is the mission of ODTUG to empower Oracle technology professionals to foster innovation and excellence through education, networking, and community engagement. The ODTUG Leadership Program strives to develop skilled volunteers in service to this commitment.
  • In an effort to strengthen members' leadership skills and reflect the values ODTUG strives to embody, we're pleased to open applications for participation in the ninth cohort of the ODTUG Leadership Program. This training series covers leadership styles, effective communication, and best practices in mentoring, team building, goal setting, and accountability.

    Application & Selection
Applications are reviewed by the ODTUG Leadership Program Committee and a liaison from the Board of Directors. Follow-up interviews will be conducted before a final cohort of 4–6 participants is confirmed. There is no application fee. However, accepted participants are required to become paid Individual members of ODTUG.

    Program Structure
All Leadership Committee meetings are held virtually. Cohort introductions and onboarding will take place in September; this first session is mandatory and will be used to set the group's ongoing meeting cadence. Throughout the program, participants will work together on a project to present to the Board of Directors at ODTUG Kscope, where graduates will also be recognized. Attendance at Kscope is required.

    Commitment
Participants may miss no more than two sessions. By applying, you're committing to devote the time and resources needed to complete the program — missing more than two sessions, for any reason, may result in a request to withdraw.
