Lead con Esperanza Program Application

Lead con Esperanza is a leadership and workforce development program designed for high school seniors in Nueces, San Patricio, Jim Wells, Aransas, and Kleberg counties. Through hands-on workshops, mentorship, community service, and real-world learning opportunities, students will build skills in leadership, resume writing, interviewing, financial literacy, career readiness, and servant leadership. Our goal is to help young people recognize their strengths, grow their confidence, prepare for life after high school, and become leaders who create positive change in their schools and communities. Participants who successfully complete our program will receive a 600 scholarship, that will be paid out to the college, university or technical/career institute of their choice. Applications will close September 15th at 11:59PM.
