• REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)

    For ADULT and DISLOCATED WORKER services under Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)

  • Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Benton-Franklin Workforce Development Council (BFWDC). We invite interested organizations to submit responses that will help inform our understanding of available service providers and their qualifications to potentially deliver WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker services at the WorkSource Columbia Basin (WSCB) One-Stop Center for Program Year 2027.

    Information gathered through this Request for Information (RFI) will be used to inform future procurement and service delivery planning. This RFI is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commitment by BFWDC to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) or to award a contract.

    The completed proposal must be submitted no later than December 31, 2026. Any RFI's received after this deadline will not be considered. We appreciate your time and effort in responding to this request and look forward to reviewing your submission.
