• A special discounted room rate at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, our official event hotel. We strongly encourage you to stay at the Hyatt and book your room as soon as possible. Staying onsite means you’re not just attending the Mastermind—you’re part of the full experience, from morning conversations over coffee to the connections and conversations that continue long after the formal sessions end. Our room block is limited, and rooms must be reserved by August 28, 2026 to receive the discounted group rate.

⚠ Important Hotel Information: The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is the official hotel for the 20th Anniversary Mastermind, and we strongly encourage all attendees to stay onsite. The Mastermind experience extends beyond the scheduled sessions—many of the most valuable conversations, connections, and relationship-building happen informally throughout the event. Staying at the Hyatt allows you to be fully immersed in the experience and connected to the community.
Please book your hotel room as soon as possible.
Our discounted group room block is limited and is available through August 28, 2026, or until the block fills. After that date, the hotel will apply its standard room rate, subject to availability. A limited number of rooms have also been blocked for those who wish to extend their stay.
⚠ Important: Please do not book return flights earlier than 7:00 PM on Friday, October 9th, so you don't miss any of the program.
⚠ Registration Deadline: August 28, 2026. Don't wait, book today. Our group block will fill up quickly, and the hotel will apply its standard rate to rooms reserved after this date. A limited number of rooms have been blocked for those who wish to extend their stay.
⚠ Cancellation Deadline: Friday, September 4, 2026. Cancellations after this date may incur a fee equal to the entire stay. No-shows will also be charged for the entire stay. Once your reservation form has been submitted, any cancellations or changes must be sent to meetingsystems@msn.com.

Bringing Guests?
As a Boardroom client, you’re welcome to bring up to two additional guests at no cost to join you for the full Mastermind experience, including the Thursday evening dinner and Mastermind sessions.
If you’d like to bring additional guests beyond your two complimentary guests, they can attend for our discounted rate of $750 per person.
