TRU Advisor Clearances Submission Form Overview

TRU advisors and co-advisors are required to submit the following three clearances to TRU:

• PA Child Abuse History Clearance
• Act 34 Criminal Record Check
• PA Act 31 Mandated Reporter Training Online Certification

Clearances must be valid through June 2027.

Advisors and co-advisors returning from a previous school year must resubmit their clearances each school year.

PA Child Abuse History Clearance

Please upload a copy of your PA Child Abuse History Clearance, valid through June 2027.

All TRU group advisors and co-advisors are required to upload a valid PA Child Abuse History Clearance for TRU's records.

This clearance is valid five years from the date of issue.

Advisors may not register a TRU group until they have uploaded a valid Child Abuse History Clearance.

If you have not yet filed for and received a Child Abuse History Clearance, please do so through the PA Department of Public Welfare portal here.

PA Act 31 Mandated Reporter Training Online Certification

Please upload a copy of your PA Act 31 Mandated Reporter Training Online Certification, valid through June 2027.

All TRU group advisors and co-advisors are required to upload a valid PA Act 31 Mandated Reporter Training Online Certification for TRU's records.

This certification is valid two years from the date of issue.

Advisors may not register a TRU group until they have uploaded a valid Mandated Reporter Training Online Certification.
