• 2027 LEADERSHIP MAX APPLICATION

  • The Metro Atlanta eXchange for Workforce Solutions (MAX) works to advance economic resilience in the Atlanta region by strengthening connections, collaborations, and practices among workforce developers and organizations engaged in workforce development.

    As an extension and evolution of our commitment to provide high-quality professional development and network-building opportunities for our members, MAX is pleased to provide a competitively selected, cohort-based leadership development program known as Leadership MAX (L-MAX).

    L-MAX is a leadership development program designed especially for developing leaders in the workforce development field. L-MAX will be comprised of a combination of retreat-style, full day, field trip, and service learning opportunities over the course of a year.

    The third annual L-MAX program will run from January through December 2027. The Leadership MAX Class of 2027 will be announced at our MAX Annual Meeting on December 9, 2026.

    MAX is now seeking applications for our Leadership MAX Class of 2027!

  • TUITION AND EXPECTATIONS

  • If accepted into Leadership MAX, you or your organization will be responsible for the tuition fee of $1,750 which covers planned group activities, meals, transportation, and other expenses (including lodging during the opening retreat). Full payment will be due by November 27, 2026. NOTE: Tuition is non-refundable. 

    As it is an honor and privilege to join the Leadership MAX class, participants are asked to commit to 100% attendance and participation in all activities, events, and assignments.
