Black Breastfeeding Week 2026 is upon us, and this year's theme is a week to celebrate how our unity in community, collective care, and overall love for each other has helped Black families succeed. This year, we are putting our communal efforts together to create a long-lasting quilt project, of various media, to showcase our stories and artifacts from Black families across the country. As part of our project, each group will receive a branded BBW quilt square where they can encourage event participants to contribute articles of nursing bras, photos, messages, crafts, fabric pieces, hospital bracelets, original artwork, or any other meaningful object to design your square. Then you will send your designed piece back to BBW as disclosed to be added to the larger project to share during the 15th year celebration in 2027! Order now, supplies are limited!
