  •  Lake Mac Action Festival is a high-energy event held from 17-18 October that celebrates the vibrant spirit of Lake Macquarie. Showcasing action on both land and water, the festival brings together the excitement of on-water speed competitions, classic cars, live music, and an array of family-friendly entertainment.

    Where: Warners Bay Foreshore


    The perfect location to view the Offshore Superboat Racing. Commentary for the racing will be broadcast over the loudspeaker. Between the races enjoy markets, food stalls, amusements and kids’ activities.

  • EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY


    In the event of adverse weather conditions, LMCC (The Organiser)will consult with PWP Events (The Event Manager) to determine if the event can be delivered safety, with the intention of making a decision 24-48 hours before the event where feasible.


    Note that in making a decision based on adverse weather, there is consideration given to the safety and successful delivery of both the on-land and on-water activities.


    If Action Fest 2026 live site at Warners Bay is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the event, there will be a 50% refund of stallholder fees. 


    If cancellation occurs more than 72 hours prior to the event, there will be a 100% refund of stallholder fees. 

  • By completing this Application, you are confirming that you agree to PWP Events and Marketing's Terms and Conditions.

    • A completed application does not guarantee acceptance
    • The Event Manager reserves the right to refuse any application
    • Subletting and sharing of sites is not permitted.
    • Payment of your invoice by the due date secures your booking.
    • The Event Manager will not be responsible for loss of trade or stock due to weather.
    • Bump In information is sent on the Tuesday prior to the event.
    • This application acknowledges that the Event Manager is indemnified against all claims arising from damage or injury to goods or persons.
