    Booking with MooreTime2Travel means you agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined in this registration form. Please read each section carefully before making your deposit.

    Please note:

    • Your registration form must be completed before making any payment.
    • All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
    • MooreTime2Travel is not responsible for airline delays, flight cancellations, weather, lost luggage, missed flights, or other travel disruptions beyond our control.
    • MooreTime2Travel is not responsible for transportation around New Orleans unless it is specifically included in your package.
    • Guests are responsible for arriving at scheduled events on time and for arranging their own transportation when applicable.
    • Failure to read these policies does not exempt you from the Terms & Conditions of your booking.

    ❌ PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS

    • Airfare (unless specifically included in your package).
    • Meals (other than complimentary hotel breakfast, if offered by your hotel).
    • Essence Festival® Concert Tickets (sold separately unless specifically stated).
    • Travel Insurance (strongly recommended and available for purchase).
    • Personal Expenses (shopping, souvenirs, laundry, room service, tips, etc.).
    • Transportation outside of MooreTime2Travel scheduled events, including taxis, rideshares (Uber/Lyft), public transportation, rental cars, and travel to or from Essence Festival activities.
    • Alcoholic beverages, except where specifically included during a MooreTime2Travel hosted event.
    • Optional Add-Ons & Upgrades (VIP events, excursions, extra hotel nights, premium seating, etc.).
    • Incidental hotel charges (parking, minibar, phone calls, damages, etc.).

    DEPOSIT POLICY:

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your package.
    • Deposit amounts vary based on the booking date and any promotional offers.
    • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active.
    • Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all monies paid, subject to the Terms & Conditions.
    • Final payment must be received by the due date listed on your invoice. No exceptions.

    PAYMENT TERMS & LATE FEES:

    • Payment schedules are established at the time of booking and are based on your reservation date and any applicable promotions.
    • Monthly payments are due on the due date listed on your invoice.
    • MooreTime2Travel provides a 10-day grace period after each payment due date as a courtesy.
    • If payment is not received by the end of the 10-day grace period, a $50 late fee may be assessed.
    • Accounts that remain delinquent beyond the grace period may be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
    • Final payment must be received by the final payment deadline listed on your invoice. No exceptions.
    • Travel documents, event credentials, and other package materials will not be released until the account is paid in full

    Repeated late payments may result in the loss of any promotional pricing or payment plan privileges at the discretion of MooreTime2Travel.

    IMPORTANT

    MooreTime2Travel is responsible only for the travel services and events specifically included in your purchased package. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from activities that are not included in the itinerary, as well as any personal expenses incurred during the trip.

    This includes transportation to Essence Festival concerts, off-site events, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and any independently arranged activities.

  • ROOM & OCCUPANCY POLICY:

    • Package Pricing: Package prices are based on the selected room occupancy (single, double, triple, or quad).
    • Hotel Selection: One hotel change is permitted, subject to availability. Additional changes may not be permitted and may result in administrative fees.
    • Incidental Charges: At least one guest per room must provide a valid credit or debit card at hotel check-in to cover incidental charges. MooreTime2Travel is not responsible for these charges.
    • Roommates: Guests are solely responsible for selecting, communicating with, and confirming their own roommates.
    • Shared Rooms: Each guest is individually responsible for making timely payments, regardless of whether they are sharing a room.
    • Roommate Cancellation: If a roommate cancels, the remaining guest(s) are responsible for paying the new occupancy rate or securing a replacement roommate by the deadline established by MooreTime2Travel.
    • Room Assignment Changes: Room assignments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed after final documents have been issued.

    Incidental Charges:

    At least one guest per room must present a valid credit or debit card at hotel check-in to cover incidental charges. Current hotel incidental holds are:

    • New Orleans Marriott: $100 per night
    • Hyatt Place Convention Center: $50 per night

    Incidental hold amounts are established by each hotel and are subject to change without notice. MooreTime2Travel does not collect or control these fees and is not responsible for hotel incidental charges.

    Single Occupancy Notice: Guests requesting a single-occupancy room will be required to make monthly payments of $200 per month.

    All deposits are non-refundable.
    Processing fees are the responsibility of the traveler.

    No travel documents or event credentials will be released until your account has been paid in full.

    IMPORTANT PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

    • All payments made to MooreTime2Travel, including deposits and monthly payments, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event you need to cancel your trip due to a covered reason.
    • Travel insurance can help reimburse eligible non-refundable travel expenses, subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
    • By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this policy.

    • Travelers may click the link above to purchase travel insurance through MooreTime2Travel or choose to purchase coverage independently from the provider of their choice.
    • Guests who decline travel insurance do so at their own risk and accept responsibility for any financial loss resulting from cancellation, interruption, delays, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    • For the best coverage, travel insurance should be purchased within 10 days of making your initial deposit.
    • Coverage, benefits, and exclusions are determined solely by the travel insurance provider and its policy terms.

    AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION:

    Roundtrip airport transportation is available as an optional add-on for $80 per person and may be added to your package before your final payment.
