Inflatable Liability Waiver

Assumption of Risk
Inflatable bounce houses, water inflatables, slides, DJ events, and related recreational activities involve risks such as falls, collisions, slipping, weather-related hazards, dehydration, equipment failure, injury, disability, or death; participant voluntarily assumes all risks.

Supervision Responsibility
Participant is solely responsible for supervising all minors at all times during use of rental equipment or participation in events; company provides no supervision, lifeguarding, or childcare.

Release of Liability
Release, waive, and discharge CK’s Music Madness & Entertainment LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation, including ordinary negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the company from third-party claims arising from participant’s or minor children’s use of equipment.

Medical Authorization
In an emergency, company may seek medical treatment for any minor participant; participant is responsible for all associated medical costs.

Safety Rules Compliance
Follow all posted safety rules including capacity limits, age restrictions, shoe removal, no flips, no rough play, and no use during unsafe weather conditions.

Damage to Equipment
Participant is financially responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

Photo/Video Release
Permission for the company to use photos or videos taken during events for marketing unless otherwise stated in writing.

Severability
If any portion is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

Acknowledgment
Participant has read, understood, and voluntarily agrees to the waiver.
