  • HomeFree-USA Developer Academy

  • The “Develop the Developer Academy” (DTDA) is a 5-day intensive training and networking opportunity designed to equip emerging real estate developers with local expertise, the tools to scale their business, secure financing, and strengthen communities in Baltimore and Prince George's County. Under this initiative, HomeFree-USA and Freddie Mac will deliver a standardized, vetted curriculum that can be adapted to meet specific market needs and community challenges.

    The academy will be held on October 21-23 and October 26-27, 2026, at 8201 Corporate Drive, Landover, MD 20785.

    Completed applications must be received by September 18th.

    Notifications of acceptance or denial will be made by September 25th.

    The price for the academy is $1299. Pay in 4 options available.

    The cost of participating in the HomeFree-USA Developer Academy is $1299. This includes 30+ hours of instruction, all materials, and additional technical assistance and mentoring after the class is completed. However, we do not want cost to be a prohibiting factor for anyone to participate in the HomeFree-USA Developer Academy.
