We are currently looking to add 3–4 Registered Massage Therapists to our growing team in Winnipeg. MB Massage Therapy is a small, but growing therapeutic massage practice located inside Focus Chiropractic Centre in Osborne Village.
We are looking for RMTs who are passionate about the work, care about the person on the table, and want to be part of a supportive clinic environment built around quality treatment, professional growth, and client-focused care.
Our treatments are rooted in therapeutic, assessment-based massage while still creating space for clients who need relaxation, stress relief, and nervous system support. We work with clients experiencing chronic pain, injuries, limited mobility, stress, tension, and those simply looking to improve how they feel and function in their daily lives.
At MB Massage Therapy, our goal is to help people regain, maintain, and develop their quality of life through massage therapy, movement, and care that actually feels personal.

What You’ll Do
As an RMT with MB Massage Therapy, you will:
Provide therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments in a professional, well-equipped clinic
Customize treatments based on each client’s needs, goals, and presentation
Use your preferred modalities while maintaining a client-centered approach
Complete accurate charting and maintain professional standards (AI Scribe available)
Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients
Work independently while also being part of a supportive team environment
Continue growing your clinical confidence, treatment approach, and client base
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for applicants who are:
Graduates of a recognized Massage Therapy program
Registered with a recognized massage therapy association and in good standing, or currently in the process of becoming registered
Passionate about therapeutic, assessment-based massage therapy
Committed to ongoing professional growth
Professional, reliable, and client-focused
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate, motivated, and genuinely interested in helping people feel and move better
