2026 Fall Arts Walk Artist Registration

Arts Walk is designed to showcase the arts, artists, & handmade items only & is not open to general vendors. Please contact us prior to registering if you are unsure if your work qualifies. Registration fees are non-refundable.

• Artist registration form & $30 registration fee must be received by Thibodaux Main Street (TMS) to reserve your space no later than Friday, September 11th, 2026 at 10:00 PM. Registration will not be accepted after this date. Registration fee is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by TMS.
• One artist per registration fee per set up location; artists may only share a spot if using one table/set up.
• Artists will be assigned a space on the sidewalks of Downtown Thibodaux near open businesses. Streets will not be closed for this event therefore tents are not permitted due to space limitations.
• Artists will be emailed their set up location once registration closes, approximately Monday, September 14th, 2026. Please read the email carefully & abide by the set up location you are assigned as other artists will be assigned a space near you. 
• Artists must provide their own set up, including table, chair, display items, etc.
• Electricity will not be available. 
• Artists may begin setting up at 4:00 PM on Friday, September 18th, 2026. Artists must remove all items & leave the area clean upon departing the event. All artist spaces must be cleared by 9:00 PM Friday, September 18th, 2026. 
• Artists are responsible for collecting appropriate sales taxes & remitting payment to the appropriate tax office. Click here for more information. Participating artist's contact information will be provided to tax offices as required by TMS after the event.
• Thibodaux Main Street, Inc. reserves the right to remove unsuitable work at any time, including work not listed on the registration form or questionable work of any nature. An accepted registration is considered a contract to exhibit & artists agree to abide by the rules & regulations set forth on the registration form. Refunds of registration fees will not be issued for failure to comply. By completing this contract, artists agree that TMS, Inc.; the City of Thibodaux; the Parish of Lafourche; their officials, their employees; or their official representatives or volunteers are not responsible for any losses, expenses, demands, claims, or damages to any merchandise, individual, or operator of any space during the course of Arts Walk. Artists certify that the above information is true, correct, & agree to abide to the event information, rules, & regulations. 

Registration Requirements

• $30.00 per artist through Friday, September 11th, 2026.
• *Artist registration fee may be paid by cash, check made payable to Thibodaux Main Street, or credit card below. In the event of cancellation by Thibodaux Main Street, registration fees will be refunded or you may choose to transfer it as a donation to our organization. Registration fees are otherwise non-refundable.*
